Rotary Club of Carleton Place

On behalf of the staff, seniors and adults with disabilities from the Mills Community Support’s Home Support Program we would like to thank the Rotary Club of Carleton Place for providing us all with such a special evening on November 28th.

One hundred seniors from Mississippi Mills and Carleton Place were treated to the Rotary Club‘s 7th annual free Christmas Dinner. Dennis Byrne of Leather Works Catering served a delicious turkey dinner which was followed by Rotary members leading everyone in carol singing. Special thanks to John Barr of Barr’s Service Centre in Pakenham, and to our bus drivers Allen Toshack and Don Cram for taking such good care of us.
