Winter 2017 Programming

For information on  what we have on tap for Winter 2017 – December 1 through to February 28 2017, please view our schedule of activities and outings

Please take note of the following changes from our previous (Fall 2016) schedule:

  • our General Diners Lunch has been cancelled effective January 2017
  • the “Strength & Balance” exercise program held in Almonte on Mondays has moved from the Almonte Dance Studio to a bigger location at the Almonte United Church effective January 2017
  • a NEW “Get Fit with Drums” program has been added on Mondays from 2:30-3:30pm at the Almonte Dance Studio
  • a new “Strength & Balance” exercise program has been added in Carleton Place for Thursdays at the Carambeck Community Center from 10-11am
